The Complaint Process

Once you have filed a complaint with our Office, the Senior Access and Privacy Analyst will review it. If our Office can accept the complaint, the Senior Access and Privacy Analyst will assign it to an Access and Privacy Analyst. The Access and Privacy Analyst will contact you to confirm receipt of your complaint and notify the public body or custodian that our Office has received your complaint.
