The Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner (OIPC) has created resources for custodians such as guidance documents, newsletters, and commissioner’s reports. For more information, please click the appropriate box.
OIPC produces a quarterly newsletter, Safeguard, for the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA). This newsletter allows us to communicate to all custodians about their obligations under PHIA and any reports we have issued. In addition to PHIA reports that our Office issues, we produce guidance documents related to the implementation of PHIA.
OIPC also delivers training sessions to any custodian or custodian group upon request. To arrange a training session, please contact us.
