Once someone files a complaint with our Office, the Senior Access and Privacy Analyst will review it. If our Office can accept the complaint, the Senior Access and Privacy Analyst will assign it to an Access and Privacy Analyst. The assigned Analyst will notify you that we have received a complaint.
