The Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner has made extensive submissions to access, privacy, and personal health legislative reviews.
Section 117 of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 (ATIPPA, 2015) and section 91 of the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) establish review schedules. They occur at least every five years.
