Section 106 of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 (ATIPPA, 2015) provides the Commissioner with the authority to make a special report to the House of Assembly, through the Speaker, regarding:
- the resources of the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner;
- another matter affecting the operation of ATIPPA, 2015; or
- a matter within the scope of the powers and duties of the Commissioner under ATIPPA, 2015.
